Headhunters Crossovers II Bamboo Light

The Crossovers II Bamboo Light ombine the concept of bundled rods with that of a regular maple drum stick. After lathing the unique shaped shaft of the Crossover II, we drill a centre hole down to a bulb area then insert and secure bundle of light weight bamboo strands. The bamboo strands are very thin, allowing for many to be inserted into the playing end. They provide a soft natural sound. Because we leave the outer skin intact on these thin bamboo strands, there are very strong and resilient. We then finish the stick with our user friendly ‘Grip Control’ which features our double textured ‘X’ pattern feel. The overall playing benefits, of the solid wood zone for bell and cymbal definition, cross sticking and rim shot friendly are all part characteristic inherent in all the Crossovers unique Hybrid Bundle design.
