LP 201A-3 Generation III Bongo
With a larger 9-inch hembra drum matched with the 7-1/4” macho drum, LP Generation III Bongos have a more pronounced shell contour than other bongos, which results in a more robust bottom end and greater contrast between the drums.
Similar shell contour to LP Generation II Bongos, the Generation III bongos have a 9" head size instead of the more traditional 8-5/8" on the large half of the bongos, for additional bottom end response and greater volume.
